Elevated residential and public amenity

Ground level commercial spaces, such as a café, will combine with shared residential spaces, including co-working, pools and a gym, to create a vibrant place.

  • The building closest to the station will have spaces suitable for a medical and allied health hub, and a public rooftop bar.

  • More diverse local experiences will contribute to the suburb’s urban renewal.

  • Existing local businesses will benefit from an influx of new residents.

Considered designs with broad appeal

One West Avenue is designed to have multi-generational appeal, suit our sub-tropical climate and integrate appropriately with the surrounds.

  • It will offer a range of residences from 1-4 bedroom apartments, up to penthouses with bay and city views. 12 villa style homes will feature at street level.

  • The diversity of residences will appeal to first home buyers, families, down-sizers and more.

  • The tallest building will sit along the train line and street fronting residences will transition appropriately with the neighbourhood.
